During a visit to the Czech Republic, the Prague Viola Duo has a great opportunity to study with legendary violinist Prof. Břetislav Novotný - the first violin player of Ladislav Černý´s Prague Quartet (1951 - 55) and founder and artistic leader of the Prague String Quartet (1955 - 2001). Despite his age of 92, he is still one of the best and most inspiring teachers of chamber music.
